We support and apply practices that reduce waste and increase efficiency. We use local supplies and suppliers as practice allows. We test programs, products and methods to assure value and longevity.
Organization
We work to maintain a balance of progress, timeliness, budget, quality and completion. You can’t push too hard on any one item or the others may suffer. Balance is the key.
